Purchasing Process

1. Ordering
When you are shopping on www.007push.com.tw/en, find what you like to buy and click “buy now” or “add to your cart” button, it is saved in your Shopping cart. The Shopping cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed.
Options in the Shopping Cart:
1.   Review your order. This ensures the accuracy of items in your Shopping Cart and the quantity selected
2.   Update the quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update the cart."
3.   Remove an item from your Shopping Cart. To remove an item, click on "Delete"
4.   Continue shopping . If you wish to continue shopping on www.007push.tw.com/en, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your "Shopping Cart" by clicking on it at the top of the page.
5.   Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout” to enter to checkout process.
 
2. Checkout
2-1: Register:
 If you are a regular customer, login in directly to start the ordering process. If you are not, you need register at first.Register on www.007push.com.tw/en is easy. Simply click “Register” or "Member Center--register" on the top of each page or when you place an order, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and receive e-mails about your order. www.007push.com.tw/en values your privacy; refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
2-2: Complete ordering information:
A)      You will be asked to provide your name, detail shipping address and contact method for delivery.
B)      Choose shipping method: have two ways (EMS or Taiwan air post) to ship it. Detail shipping policy please refer to "Shipping& Delivery".  
C)      Choose payment method: we accept PayPal or T/T for your order, please choose one of it.
         (Please notice: if you choose T/T please email us your bill with the order number after you finish the payment, we will arrange the shipment accordingly). Detail payment policy, please refer to "Payment Options"
D)      Complete the other information—Integral & Bonus Utilization  
>If you have balance in your account, enter the monetary you want to use.
>If you have integrals in your account, enter the points for the order that you can use.
>If you obtained the bonus in your account, choose the bonus type or enter the bonus No. and validate the bonus.
E)       Leave your message
 
3. Order submit and payment
    A) Complete Your Order. Review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information, your applied integration and bonus. You will also see total charges. To complete your purchase, click "Submit."
    B) Receipt. After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number, date and total charges. Save the order information for your records.
    C) Click “pay it immediately” to make your payment or return to "Member Center" and find “my order “to continue the payment process
 
 4. Canceling or Modifying an Order 
     A) Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping Cart.
    B) Once your order has been submitted successfully but not pay for it, you can enter "Member Center"—"My order" – click "Order Number" to review and modify the order information.
    C) One your order has been paid successfully but no delivery, you must call a Customer Service Representative to make any changes to your order when it is in "unshipped" status. Click here for Customer Service contact information.
 
 
 5. Tracking your order
      We don’t provide online tracking service on www.007push.com.tw/en. Please enter" Member Center"—"my order"—click “Order number” find the    Tracking No. on consignment column, then go to http://www.post.gov.tw/ to track the delivery status.
