Shipping Costs and method
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.007push.com.tw/en and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping Times
Most in-stock items generally will be shipped our within 2 business days and will arrive within 4-13 business days when you choose express delivery such as EMS or DHL and will arrive within 8~25 business days when you choose international parcel. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Duties, Taxes &Tariffs
Push! are not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. Normally we would mark the parcel in low value to avoid the duty, but different country, the policy is different, hence to find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
Tracking your order
Use one of the following methods to check the status of an order that you have placed on www.007push.com.tw/en
1. Check your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
2. Login to “Member Center”, Click “Order Number” you may view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders from My Order.
3. Contact us. Please contact us via e-mailor call us, if you have any questions.
Order status explanation as bellows:
1) “Confirmed, Paid, Unshipped”
Once you have placed your order on www.007push.com.tw/en and your payment has been confirmed, your order status will appear as “Confirmed, Paid, Unshipped”
2) “Confirmed, Paid, Preparing”
Once you have placed your order, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as “Confirmed, Paid, Preparing ” Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
3) Confirmed, Paid, Shipped
Once your order has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Confirmed, Paid, Shipped”
4) Confirmed, Paid, Received
Once you click the “received” bottom after you receive the goods, the order status will appear as “Confirmed, Paid, Received “
How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible on your order status when it becomes available. We don’t provide online tracking service on www.007push.com.tw/en. Please enter “Member Center”—“My order”---Click" Order No." find tracking information, then go to http://www.post.gov.tw/ to track the delivery status.
